Vintage 1940s handmade petit point inlaid turquoise bracelet from the Hubbell Trading Post collection. This rare Native American Zuni sterling silver cuff is a standout example of “Old Pawn” jewelry. Crafted using the traditional Zuni petit point technique, small hand-cut turquoise stones — each individually shaped — are set into fine sawtooth silver bezels to form an intricate, floral-inspired cluster design. The setting is accented with silver drops, also known as “raindrops,” highlighting the detailed silverwork. The bracelet features a central turquoise cluster flanked by two smaller side clusters, set on a triple-wire sterling silver shank. The stones display natural variations of sky-blue and sea-green tones, reflecting their age and mineral content. Originating from the Hubbell Trading Post in Ganado, Arizona — established in 1878 and the oldest continuously operating trading post on the Navajo Nation — pieces from this collection are highly sought after for their historical significance and authenticity.
